History of Cannabis in Arizona

• Medical use patients over the age of 21 are allowed to possess up to 1oz (28g) of marijuana

• You are also allowed to have up to six cannabis plants in their place of primary residency

• In 2010 Prop 203 was passed to legalize medical marijuana

• In 2020 Nov 3, Proposition 207 was passed and you can now have 12 plants in you household.
